Steve Wiesner

Steve Wiesner is the CEO of Watershed Associates and has three decades of experience in complex negotiations, executive leadership, entrepreneurship, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity investing. He has been involved in the origination and negotiation of transactions worth more than $10 billion over the course of his career.

Steve has been delivering impactful coaching and learning experiences to senior executives, investment professionals, sales leaders, and other high performers since 2015. He has worked closely with companies in financial services, commercial real estate, industrial products, aerospace & defense, food and beverage, consumer products, retail, technology, and numerous other industries. In addition to his role at Watershed, Steve is also the founder of pelotonRPM, an innovative training company that delivers high-end communications coaching to rising and senior executives.

Steve is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and Columbia Business School. When he’s not working and spending time with his family, you can find him running trails in the mountains of Southern California.
